your appointment is very important to our team. time is set aside just for you to relax and enjoy. we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and we request at least 24 hours notice before cancellation, otherwise a cancellation fee of 100% will be automatically charged to the card on file for the reserved service amount as this is not enough time to accommodate another service. any clients who no call/no show on their first appointment will no longer be allowed to book a service with us. thank you for understanding and please email decobeautyclub@gmail.com with any other questions.
